JACKSON, Mich.– American 1 Credit Union has won a 2021 Best of the Best Awards winner by MemberXP.
The Best of the Best Loan Experience award is given each year to credit unions that have consistently provided exceptional member service, as reported by their members through member surveys and mystery shoppers, the company said.
Only the highest-performing credit unions utilizing the MemberXP platform receive this honor. The independently-granted Best of the Best award by MemberXP is based on specific and rigorous criteria. Considering the extreme challenges of delivering extraordinary member service during a nation-wide pandemic and economic crisis, this year's award winners reflect some of the most agile and responsive credit unions, the CU said.
MemberXP surveys were completed by nearly 600 American 1 members who closed a loan during 2020.
"This award validates the outstanding work we do every day when meeting the lending needs of members. According to the credit union, improving their members' digital experience was a focus in 2020 as part of American 1's multi-year upgrade plan, which included an interactive FAQ platform, a new website, and a new Online Banking platform, among other projects.
