GLENDORA, Calif.–With November National Adoption Month, America’s Christian Credit Union (ACCU) will be staging “ADOPT” -- Adoption Day Of Praying Together – for the fourth straight fall. This unique event is scheduled for ACCU’s headquarters here.
“ACCU is blessed to have been honored and recognized by numerous national organizations for its Adoption Loan Program that has helped unite over 1,300 children in need with adoptive parents,” said ACCU CEO Mendell L. Thompson. “We believe every child deserves a forever family. We are passionate about supporting the work of organizations that are helping 143 million orphans worldwide find their permanent home. Our hope is that churches, ministries and organizations recognize this month and unite in prayer for children needing to find their place in a forever home”.
