RIVERDALE, Utah--America First Credit Union has named Aaron Nuckles and Kimberly Brown service center manager of their respective branches. Nuckles has been selected as the new service center manager of the West Valley Harmons branch, and likewise for Brown, who will oversee operations at the West Jordan Macey’s branch. Nuckles joined America First Credit Union in August 2016 after two decades in the retail industry, where he developed an extensive background in customer relations. In April of 2017 he was promoted to assistant manager and on July 9, 2018, Nuckles took over as the new service center manager of the West Valley Harmons branch. He looks forward to continuing his career with America First and serving his community as an ambassador for the Chamber West, the CU said.
Brown began her career with America First in September 2008 in the Member Service Contact Center and worked as a member service representative. In 2011, she became the service center backup lead teller at the Layton Fort Lane branch, and was later promoted in May 2012 to the service center lead teller at the Kaysville Bowman’s branch. Brown continued to work her way up through the company and, as of July 16, she was promoted as the new service center manager at the West Jordan Macey’s branch, the CU said.
