BROWNSTOWN, Mich. – Advantage One Federal Credit Union has added Commercial Loans to their portfolio of available loan products and services. Commercial lending expert Nicole McCoubrey hired to support the new commercial lending initiative.
Ms. McCoubrey has a strong background in commercial lending, previously serving as a senior commercial loan portfolio manager and as a residential loan originator. Advantage One sees McCoubrey’s addition as an opportunity to significantly expand their range of product offerings.
With the addition of McCoubrey, Advantage One is now able to provide the following commercial lending products and services; commercial mortgage financing and refinancing, business lines of credit, term loans for working capital and financing for equipment and vehicle purchases. In addition, Advantage One also offers financing for numerous property types including; owner occupied, non-owner occupied, investment, multi-family, office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.
