DES MOINES, Iowa — Jennifer Adkisson has been named the new Chief Operations Officer of Serve Credit Union.
As COO, Adkisson will assist CEO Jami Weems in the overall management and strategic direction of the credit union. Bringing 20 years of collective experience in the credit union and financial services industries, she will work in all credit union operations, which include planning, recommending, implementing programs and policies and providing general administrative direction.
