LAKE MARY, Fla. - Addition Financial Credit Union has named Alex DeJesus Senior Vice President of Member Experience.
In his new role, DeJesus will oversee all aspects of member experience strategy and operations, focused on delivering exceptional service and enhancing the financial well-being of the credit union's members.DeJesus brings nearly 25 years of banking industry experience and expertise to his new position. Over the past 7 years with Addition Financial, he has excelled in every role, from Branch Manager to Regional Director, to Vice President of Member Experience. DeJesus has overseen the credit union’s strategic efforts to incorporate more feedback from members into the decision-making process while ensuring he is an active voice on behalf of the members.
