LAKE MARY, Fla –Addition Financial Credit Union has placed 9th in the large company category of The Orlando Sentinel’s 2023 Top Workplaces program, thanks to surveys submitted by employees of the credit union.
This is the 5th year the Orlando Sentinel has partnered with employee survey company Energage to identify outstanding workplaces in Central Florida. For 2023, 2,208 organizations were invited to survey their employees and 116 earned recognition as Top Workplaces based on employee feedback.

The award is open to any employer with 35 or more employees in Central Florida, and survey results are valid only if 35% or more employees respond. Employers are grouped into small, midsize and large to best compare similar workplace experiences.
Addition Financial has been recognized as a Top 100 Workplace winner for 10 years and named one of the top 10 Workplaces for four straight years.
