WACO, Texas – 1st University Credit Union has promoted Ethel Jennings to executive vice president of accounting and operations.
Jennings has been with 1st University Credit Union for 25 years, having started in the accounting department in 1996.
Prior to joining 1st UCU, Jennings worked in the bookkeeping and accounting departments at a local community bank for nine years after graduating from McLennan Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Financial Institutions degree.
"Ethel's contributions over the years simply cannot be enumerated," said Gary D. Parker, CEO and president of 1st UCU. "This promotion is long overdue."
