INDIANAPOLIS–The Indiana Members Foundation hosted its Annual Golf Outing at The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club.  

One-hundred-eighteen golfers attended the sold-out event, which raised $32,000 to benefit the Indiana Members Foundation, whose mission is to enrich the lives of those within the communities they serve by supporting charitable activities focused on human services, health and education.   

Highlights of the day included a complimentary breakfast and a recognition dinner.  Depreciation Protection and ICA, Inc. served as the title sponsors of the event.

“Thank you to all who donated, volunteered or took time out of their busy day to participate in our charity golf outing,” Mandy Emery, vice president of community involvement for IMCU and executive director of Indiana Members Foundation said. “The Hawthorns went above and beyond to insure that we all had a great time! The generosity and support of our sponsors, co-workers and friends helped us raise $32,000 to continue our grant, scholarship and community outreach programs in the communities we serve.” 

RALEIGH, N.C. --Coastal Credit Union, Weaver Street Market, and several area cooperatives hosted a Cooperative Block Party, which was the first of its kind in the Raleigh area.  

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash.–Horizon Credit Union’s Go-Givers embarked on their 6th annual day of volunteering during Go. Give. Grow. For one afternoon in September each year, the credit union closes its branches and "opens up a world of giving through this company-wide community outreach event."

WARNER ROBINS, Ga.— Robins Financial Credit Union donated $1,500 to the Macon Volunteer Clinic by sponsoring their Called to Serve Tennis Tournament.

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla.–Eglin Federal Credit Union  held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its Gulf Breeze ATM/Video Teller Drive-thru located at 3959 Gulf Breeze Parkway.

NEWARK, Ohio— Hopewell Federal Credit Union (HFCU) held its annual Car Show, with all proceeds donated to the Licking County Humane Society.

BURLINGTON, Mass.–Eastern Corporate Federal Credit Union said it raised a record $57,000 was raised at its 2023 Invitational Golf Tournament benefitting Credit Unions Kids at Heart.
