eDOC Innovations Launches New Program

MIDDLEBURY, Vt.—eDOC Innovations has launched a new program to assist credit unions with their on-premise digital transaction management strategy.

The system audit program is designed to reduce friction in the automation processes by training clients to optimize their eDOC system by providing the essential knowledge on standard server maintenance, software upgrade procedures and how the system’s functions interact, the company said.

eDOC client service team members met with credit union administrators in an interactive hands-on training.

“As part of our latest software release, we engaged system administrators in advanced training in software upgrade processes and general system auditing in order for them to better manage their system,” said Tim Wright, manager of support services. “Through the years, we have seen staff rotations and turnover leave the credit union system administrators in further need of education of their eDOC hardware and software. Giving instructions and walking them through the steps will prepare them to manage items they might otherwise not have been aware of, including log cleanup, file verification, folder monitoring and hardware requirements.”
