eDOC Announces New Release, New CU Client

MIDDLEBURY, Vt.–eDOC Innovations has announced its newest release of eDOCSignature, a mobile enterprise digital transaction management (mDTM) platform for automating e-signatures and secure delivery of digital documents. Designed to remove friction in the digital transaction business process, eDOCSignature’s remote execution and fulfillment capabilities empower credit union staff to reach mobile members, anytime, anywhere, the company said.

“eDOC values simplicity, security and efficiency just like credit unions do,” noted Bret Weekes, President/CEO of eDOC Innovations. “eDOCSignature will help any credit union be more efficient, more secure and will simplify transaction processes by making them digital.”

Martin Federal Credit Union, whose team is very focused on mobile enterprise, recently adopted eDOCSignature. Josue Madera, AVP of Information Technology at Martin FCU praised the solution, saying, “eDOCSignature is a big win for us and puts us in front of the member in literally seconds.”

Meanwhile, Academic Federal Credit Union of Pleasantville, N.Y. has joined a fast-growing number of credit unions that have signed up for eDOC Innovations’ CheckLogic Mobile product. Designed to improve the member mobile banking experience, the interface allows for a complete single sign-on process from their mobile banking smart app. No more separate apps with separate login credentials, the company said.

“If you want to reach young people and engage them, it is critical that you provide them with the technology they need,” said Ina Fitch, CEO of Academic FCU. “If you want to secure the future, it is imperative that you equip them with the solutions that they want, or they will go elsewhere!”
