Xtend Announces It Has Experienced Extended Growth; Mills Re-Elected Chair

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–Xtend, Inc., announced it experienced significant year-on-year growth for its Member Reach electronic messaging business unit. The announcement followed the CUSO’s release of pre-audited 2016 results to its owners and customers. Xtend’s fiscal year concluded on September 30th.

Commenting on the successful year for the CUSO, CEO Scott Collins said, “Member Reach was one of our shining stars throughout our 2016 fiscal year, so it didn’t surprise me that the final numbers reflected our best year ever for Member Reach. We exceeded the 48% revenue growth number, which is an incredible year that was bolstered by a huge number of special projects for the team to launch. The investments we have made over the past two annuals on both the technology and the people side have been embraced by our clients. I get regular kudos about our Member Reach support and about the overall effectiveness of our solution.”

Collins also noted that the Member Reach brand celebrated its 10-year anniversary in 2016. “It was only fitting that our tenth anniversary had our most impressive numbers to date,” noted Collins.

Xtend also announced that Barbara Mills will serve another term as board chair. Mills is the CEO of Rogers City, Michigan-based Calcite Credit Union and has been serving on the Xtend Board of Directors since January 2011.

During the meeting, the Xtend Board also appointed Mark Richter, CEO of Grandville, Michigan-based First United Credit Union, as Vice Chair and Carma Peters, CEO of Pontiac, Michigan-based Michigan Legacy Credit Union, as Secretary/Treasurer.
