PASADENA, Calif.–Wescom Resources Group, a provider of software and technology service solutions for credit unions, earned $11.4 million in total income for 2015, marking the CUSO’s thirteenth consecutive year of revenue growth. This amount represents a 2.4% increase over 2014 revenue.
In addition to the revenue growth, the year was capped by several milestones. In December, WRG launched MemberEdge Online Banking 3.1, its next-generation platform which enables support for a multitude of mobile devices via a responsive-design architecture. Seven new MemberEdge Online Banking clients went live, with an additional nine projects underway.
According to WRG, MemberEdge Mobile Banking 3.0 saw the addition of numerous feature enhancements including eServices enrollment, new authentication enhancements, added cross-selling tools, expanded payment options, and more. Five new Mobile 3.0 clients went live, with an additional fourteen underway. WRG launched a new API platform that enables credit unions to achieve tighter third-party integration into the platform.
In June, WRG held its first annual Client Conference in Anaheim, California. In January, 2015, WRG rebranded its Service Bureau solution under the name Unitri . Four new credit unions converted to Unitri, bringing to twenty the total credit unions nationwide using WRG’s Service Bureau. And several large credit unions launched deployments of Tellergy, WRG’s branch automation solution based on Verifone’s MX 925 terminals.
