PASADENA, Calif.–Wescom Resources Group (WRG), provider of software and technology service solutions for credit unions, announced it will host a series of informational webinars in 2017 that highlight credit union innovation. The WeInnovate Webinar Series, dubbed #WEINNOVATE on social media channels, will foster innovation within credit unions and encourage sharing of innovative ideas, WRG said.
According to the company, the WeInnovate Series will highlight a wide variety of topics throughout the year across many credit union areas. These include topics such as data analytics, payment methods, member engagement, product cross-selling, and proactive member service. The first webinar entitled “We are all Innovators” will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 8th, 2017, at 1 p.m.
“Innovation is at the heart of what our industry and each of our credit unions must do to be successful,” declared Dave Cerwinski, Vice President of Sales & Client Services at WRG, in a statement. “But sometimes we look to others to provide us the innovative ideas, when actually we ourselves know what is best. The goal of the WeInnovate Webinar Series is to help credit union professionals foster the great ideas they already have in their organizations and seek ways to take action. Innovation can and should be owned by all of us.”
The WeInnovate webinar series will have monthly episodes beginning in February, and continue throughout the year, according to the CUSO. A registration page is now available on WRG’s WebEx site.
