TALLAHASSEE, Fla.– United Solutions Company (USC) and Coconut Software have agreed to a partnership.
According to United Solutions, the agreement was signed to enhance USC’s offering to its clients by “taking advantage of the company’s technology that modernizes how banks and credit unions engage with members, creating a streamlined experience for both staff and members.”

USC provides solutions to 95 credit unions across the U.S., in addition to other financial institutions.
With credit union services ranging from core data processing and email hosting to network services and business analytics, United Solutions said it offers end-to-end technology packages. As part of the new agreement, Coconut Software’s appointment scheduling, virtual meetings, on location visitor management and analytics dashboard will be integrated into USC’s offering.
Identifying Opportunities

The organizations said lobby and visitor management solutions help to reduce member wait times and take pressure off staff by providing an easy appointment check-in process through a self-serve kiosk or greeter, online queuing, and SMS and email notifications as to when members are next in line.
