PRINCETON, N.J.–njBIZloan Connection reported that United Poles FCU has joined njBIZloan Connection’s new venture, a member business lending/commercial loan referral program (RCU). United Poles said it is looking forward to offering business lending to their membership and the community of business owners, commercial realtors, mortgage brokers, appraisers, developers, builders and investors.
njBIZloan Connection reported it has created a statewide commercial and member business lending service for business owners, investors and not for profits. njBIZloan said its credit union referral program (RCU) creates a structured method for credit unions to find and refer business/commercial loans to lead lenders (LCU) in the program. There is also an opportunity to buy/sell participations (PCU).
