AUSTIN, Texas.—United Heritage Credit Union here has selected Mobilearth for the company’s MobiBranch solution, as well as its new Teller Dashboard Platform. United Heritage, which is Mobilearth’s first Symitar Episys credit union client, plans to implement the technology during the fourth quarter of 2015.
According to United Heritage Executive Vice President/CSO Michael Ver Schuur, his team was looking for new and efficient ways to educate members about the credit union’s products and services and provide staff with a more modern solution to provide those member services.
Ver Schuur adds that Mobilearth’s products will provide United Heritage with the opportunity to differentiate itself from the competition by providing an enhanced member service experience.
