ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.– The $1.45-billion U.S. Eagle FCU has selected PSCU/Co-op Solutions to provide it comprehensive credit and debit card processing services, alongside continued contact center support.
According to the company, the decision to select PSCU/Co-op for card processing services resulted from a thorough RFP process.
“U.S. Eagle's goal was not merely to secure a vendor, but to find a true partner capable of leveraging current market functionality and innovation in products and services,” PSCU/Co-op Solutions said.
Deeper Partnership
“The credit union’s choice to deepen its partnership with PSCU/Co-op was driven by several factors, including strong scores on RFP process scorecards and a positive experience with the contact center services currently provided by the CUSO.”
The CUSO added that following a recent collaboration with Lumin Digital, the credit union felt a further expansion of its relationship with PSCU/Co-op would complete the integration and functionality needed to offer members an enhanced suite of services.
Tech Advancements

PSCU/Co-op said it is slated to commence credit card processing services for U.S. Eagle in May 2024. Plans are also underway for the debit processing conversion.
