ST. LOUIS– Together Credit Union said it has selected PSCU to provide it with full-service credit and debit card processing support and services.
The $2 billion Together Credit Union had set out to find a processing partner that could help it create an “ultimate payments experience” for its members and employees, according to the CUSO.
“PSCU positioned itself above the other partners we were considering with its member-facing experience abilities and user-friendly service platform for our employees,” said Kory Kunze, vice president of Remote Services & Payments at Together Credit Union. “We also felt PSCU’s leadership was very engaged in the process and believe the CUSO will be a valued strategic partner for years to come.”
Together Credit Union’s credit and debit processing services will be converted in Q4 2021 and will support more than 134,000 members nationwide.
“Together Credit Union was seeking a true strategic partner, and our shared commitment to delivering an unparalleled member experience makes this partnership a natural fit,” said Scott Wagner, EVP, chief revenue officer at St. Petersburg, Fla.-based PSCU. “The entire PSCU team is extremely pleased to welcome Together Credit Union to the cooperative. We are eager to put our industry-leading technologies, tools and services to work to take the credit union’s overall payments experience to a new level.”
