DES MOINES, Iowa–TMG Financial Services (TMGFS), a credit card agent issuer and advisory services firm serving credit unions and community banks, today announced the promotion of three employees.
Promoted to credit and risk manager, Adam Babbitt will leverage TMGFS’ extensive credit card data to develop, test and execute credit risk policy to support business goals. He will oversee the creation of credit risk strategies that balance the financial health of cardmembers with the sustainability of TMGFS clients’ credit card programs. Babbitt has been with the firm since 2010. Prior to working for TMGFS, he served as a financial advisor for MWA Financial Services in Rock Island, Ill.
Patrick Baker has been promoted to marketing manager.
As such, Baker will lead the strategic direction of the marketing team, aligning marketing goals with TMGFS’ overall business objectives and priorities. He joined the firm in 2015 from The Integer Group, an integrated marketing agency based in Des Moines, Iowa.
Promoted to director of marketing, Ann Marie Day will oversee the development and implementation of consumer and commercial credit card marketing programs.
She will also work to identify new opportunities, as well as emerging marketing and communications tools and strategies to support TMGFS clients’ credit card programs. Prior to joining TMGFS in 2016, Day worked in a variety of marketing roles within Mercer, a global human resources consulting firm with offices in Des Moines, Iowa.
