SAN ANTONIO – SWBC Lending Solutions has named Becky Flig as Vice President of Capital Markets Business Development. In this role, she will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives for business development in valuation-centric and settlement services products.

Prior to joining SWBC, Flig worked with several real estate advisory firms and mortgage servicing companies, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investment banks, regional and community banks, hedge funds and family offices, as well as sourced distressed mortgage portfolios for acquisition and sale.

Flig brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing and business development in the mortgage finance and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industries. She earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University (NYU) and holds a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University (GW). Flig is on the Board of Angel Compass Network and supports several organizations, including 100 Women in Hedge Funds and alumni initiatives for both GW and NYU.
