SAN ANTONIO–SWBC announced that its financial institutions division has new integration capabilities that allow borrowers to make their loan payment using the payment method of their choice.
As detailed in the company’s latest eBook, “Meeting Consumer Self-Serve Payment Demand,” the company said lenders have a responsibility to offer convenience to their borrowers, while still remaining secure and compliant. With this in mind, as well as the high expectations of consumers, SWBC said it now offers borrowers a secure, online payment portal that can be accessed easily from their computer, tablet or smartphone in order to make their loan payment.
“We’ve invested in capabilities that go beyond a ‘one-size-fits-all approach’ to allow borrowers the choice of how they would like to make their loan payment because convenience, interface, responsiveness and flexibility of self-serve payment technology can make or break a consumer relationship,” said Jason O’Brien, senior vice president of payments at SWBC financial institutions division.
