SAN ANTONIO– SWBC has announced a strategic partnership with based Fusion CRS Solutions, a provider of a consolidated, in-house collection and recovery software solution for credit unions and banks.
The partnership integrates SWBC’s Electronic Cash Management (ECM) services into the North Carolina-based Fusion CRS’ collections software platform. The strategic alliance was formed after several mutual clients requested the integration, which enables a user to take payments over the phone while simultaneously working inside the collections solution, the company said.
“This partnership simplifies the collections process for our clients by combining two key functions that ordinarily are two separate systems,” said Terry Nelson, chief executive officer at Fusion CRS Solutions.
“Combining our ECM technology with the Fusion CRS software helps our clients enhance productivity and streamline their efforts, thereby improving the way collections services are performed,” said Brad Young, executive vice president of AutoPilot Services at SWBC.
