COLLEGE STATION, Texas—Rentsys Recovery, a provider of business continuity solutions, said it experienced record growth during 2014. One of the major sources of growth in 2014, the company said, was Rentsys’ expansion of its managed cloud portfolio, which included the launch of their BlackCloud Virtual Office solution. This product enables users to access workstations from any location or device and helps healthcare providers and banks meet regulatory requirements regarding recovery time during an unplanned power outage or disaster, the company said.
An additional factor contributing to this growth was Rentsys’ partnership with Ripcord Solutions in December. This partnership enabled Rentsys to offer more than 150 interactive training courses focusing on topics such as business continuity to business impact analysis and crisis planning.
