DES MOINES, Iowa – Alabama’s largest credit union, Redstone Federal Credit Union, has named TMG (The Members Group) as its credit card processing partner.
Redstone FCU, based in Huntsville, Ala., brings 80,000 credit cards to TMG for full-service processing. With an objective to grow and enhance its payments portfolio, the nearly 385,000-member credit union is looking to TMG for everything from marketing and card member support to data analytics and fraud prevention, TMG said. The credit union also plans to utilize TMG’s EMV, tokenization and digital wallet expertise to expand its payments capabilities.
According to Terri Bentley, Redstone’s vice president of technology, the credit union is focused on using the most technologically advanced methods available to create exceptional consumer experiences. “TMG’s ability to integrate technology into our existing systems is precisely what we need to take our payment programs to the next level, ultimately providing more choices, opportunities and solutions to our members,” said Bentley.
