WAKEFIELD, Mass. --Primax, a provider of credit and debit card issuing and merchant acquiring programs, products and services for financial institutions and businesses, has named Brad Singer as general manager.
As GM, Mr. Singer will be responsible for the growth and profitability of their business unit. Singer served most recently as EVP/COO for PayOne, a B2B payments platform, where he helped generate over $6.5 billion of incremental revenue for merchants. Prior to PayOne, Singer held executive roles in business development, client services, marketing, sales and product management in successful startups including Teleknowledge (billing platform - acquired) and NewsEdge (digital content - IPO). In addition, he worked in financial management positions with Fortune 100 organizations (General Electric and Citibank). Singer served on the board of the Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF), has been a frequent speaker at industry events and holds multiple patents in mobile commerce and authentication.
