Steve Lardiere, President & CEO or Pinnacle FCU said, “We chose CU Service Network primarily to reduce our back office operating cost.  As an added benefit, using them for these functions strengthens our Business Continuity Plan by reducing our business interruption risk.  Based on my phone conversations with other credit union clients, CU Service Network has demonstrated exceptional service delivery.  We look forward to having them as part of our team.”

Reducing back office operating costs is one of the core principles of the CU Works back office suite of services. With more and more credit unions recognizing the benefit of outsourcing certain necessary functions, CU Service Network’s U.S. footprint grows.

“We welcome Pinnacle FCU and look forward to providing exceptional experience and exceeding their expectations,” says Doug Burke, President/CEO of CU Service Network. The company’s first New Jersey CU client being Pinnacle FCU is a point of pride. They have been in business since 1962 and have a strong, respected presence in Middlesex County, NJ.
