BROOKFIELD, Wis—Fiserv reported that two credit unions have selected its DNA account processing platform. The first is the $704-million Neighbors FCU in Baton Rouge, La., which will leverage the open architecture of DNA to integrate a complete package of Fiserv digital solutions, including DNAweb consumer and business online banking, Mobiliti mobile banking with mobile capture, Popmoney personal payments and CheckFree RXP bill payments.
The second CU to select Fiserv is the $1-billion Altra Federal Credit Union, based in Onalaska, Wis., which will also implement the CRM and Business Intelligence suite for DNA, Verifast teller line authentication and Nautilus enterprise content management. It will integrate its existing ConvergeIT integrated voice response and Prologue accounting solutions.
