ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.–PSCU has announced the May winners of its Service Portal Raffle.
In April, the company announced a raffle where it would randomly select four people each month for April, May, June and July to each receive a $100 gift card.
To qualify, a credit union representative simply had to enter a service request directly in the PSCU Service Portal.
The four May winners include:
- Debbie Farrar of Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union
- Maria Wright of Travis Credit Union
- Jennifer McCarthy of BECU
- Aubreana Garcia of Astera Credit Union

PSCU said the benefits of using its Service Portal include:

- In-application guidance and walk-through to provide real-time assistance. From guided overviews of forms to display tips and a help menu, you'll have support every step of the way.
- A more robust and simpler "My Tickets" interface to manage your service requests.
- Watch list: allows you to add individuals to service requests to receive updates and notifications as needed.
- Paste an image into the ticket (rather than saving it as a file, then attaching the file to the ticket).
