Numerica CU Implements CUTEK Solution; Apps Up 74%

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash.–Numerica Credit Union has implemented CUTEK’s newest loan membership application and is reporting the number of applications has increased by  74%.  KayCee Murray, VP of Information Technology stated, “Numerica is committed to fostering well-being in the lives of our members, and one way that we do that is by providing innovative ways to reduce the stress and anxiety associated with managing one’s finances. Envoy has made the loan application process easier than ever for both our existing members and potential members.’’ 

Envoy provides the ability to apply for loans and membership whenever and wherever they are.  Additionally, the application allows the credit union to control, configure, and administer the online application process with no per-seat or per-application charges.  

Due to Envoy’s responsive design, applications adapt to any desktop or mobile display size.  Dawn Murray, Vice President of Sales and Client Relations at CUTEK is “excited to offer this level of online membership and loan application.   Envoy provides flexibility for each credit union, including disclosures, product settings, and integrates with other CUTEK products as well as third party vendors.”  Other options offered by Envoy include customized branding to match the look and feel of each credit union’s website, customized decision engine, and internal staff application workflow.
