ELGIN, Ill.–Lending Solutions Consulting (LSCI) has published the 8th edition of its University of Lending Manual. The manual was first published in 1996, and according to LSCI continues to be updated with innovative ideas and training concepts for credit unions. The updated manual was released in conjunction with the graduation of the 201th University of Lending Class, where 87 attendees from 44 credit unions graduated from the school.
“We are very excited about the manual, but we’re more excited about the amazing results our clients are achieving,” said Rex Johnson, president of Lending Solutions Consulting. “Earnings are exploding and our clients are truly living up to the credit union mission of serving the underserved. We have some clients who are approaching 3% ROA, all while keeping delinquencies in check.”
