GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–A software release has been successfully processed for Analytics Booth, a web-based analytics product offered by CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-owned data processing CUSO. The new release includes a strong improvement within the products’ Trends section with the launch of an Executive Summary feature, the company said. The new Executive Summary capabilities add six new data points available for historical trending, and the option to choose any two of the existing 70+ data points to display within the same graph for analysis.
The development process for this feature expansion included a period in which the beta-version was presented to a special group of credit unions via CU*Answers’ Boot Camp program, the company added. Participants in the Data Boot Camp provided feedback and suggestions on the feature and were presented an updated version shortly before finalizing the project and preparing for release.
CU*Answers said Analytics Booth is a powerful, web-based performance tracker and analytics engine for credit union executives, staff, boards of directors, and credit union vendors or examiners. Formerly called My CU Today, the product underwent a rebranding transition in July 2017 to position itself closer to its true focus on analytics.
More than 130 credit unions use Analytics Booth today, with over 10,000 email alerts per month across all users.
In addition to the stand-alone Analytics Booth product, CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned data processing CUSO, provides 80+ easy-to-use data analysis dashboards within its core processing system CU*BASE covering a wide range of the data available to each credit union today, CU*Answers said.
