New Horizons CU Selects FMSI Solutions

MINETTE, Ala.–New Horizons Credit Union here has selected FMSI, a leading workforce optimization solution provider, for its Omnix Staff Scheduler,Omnix Interactive Dashboard, and Omnix Performance Analytics solutions.  The $225-million credit union will use FMSI’s software to provide great member service while improving branch staff productivity across its nine locations, the company said.

“For quite some time, we’ve suspected ineffective workforce utilization in our branches, especially when it came to our part-time tellers that we thought were coming in during our busiest times, but actually  were not,” said Lisa M.
