NavyArmy Community CU Selects PSCU To Restart Card Program
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.—PSCU announced that NavyArmy Community Credit Union, Corpus Christi, Texas, has joined the CUSO to restart its credit card programs.
The with $2.3-billion credit union signed a long-term agreement with PSCU for full-service processing, which includes 24/7/365 cardholder support, risk and fraud management services, disputes processing and statement production, PSCU stated.
“We¹re delighted to welcome NavyArmy Community Credit Union to the family of PSCU Owners,” said Chuck Fagan, PSCU’s president and CEO. “Our team is anxious to start helping them get their credit card program up and running so their members can enjoy an outstanding payments experience at every touch point in the payments and service chain.”
NavyArmy selected PSCU as its processing partner based on the strength of the CUSO¹s Advisors Plus strategic consulting and marketing team, its Member Insight analytics platform and tools, and a shared philosophy regarding the cooperative culture, women¹s leadership and the value of collaborative partnerships, PSCU explained.
Advisors Plus’ strategic portfolio consultants will guide NavyArmy through the program start-up process with recommendations on card product types, pricing, profitability projections, risk management, loyalty rewards and marketing strategies, the company said.
“We¹re excited to be able to meet our members’ needs for a superior credit card payments experience,” said Sarah O¹Brien, president/CEO of NavyArmy. “We¹re looking forward to working with PSCU¹s team to develop our credit programs and promote awareness of our new card products and services.
