HENDERSON, Nev.–Bluepoint Solutions said that Tigard, Ore.-based NW Preferred Federal Credit Union (FCU) has selected its document imaging solution, FASTdocs. The switch to FASTdocs will allow the credit union to streamline internal operations, optimize system maintenance and oversight, and support the credit union’s member service initiatives, according to the company.
“Document imaging is the common denominator that allows us to effectively serve both our local and our remote members,” said Jim Hier, VP of marketing & business development at the $121-million NW Preferred FCU. “Upgrading to FASTdocs will allow us to trim operational expenses while paving the way for expanded self-service options.”
