NAFCU Redevelops to Schools into Virtual Events

WASHINGTON – NAFCU said it has redeveloped its BSA and Summer Regulatory Compliance Schools from in-person events to virtual platforms. The virtual events will allow it to provide compliance professionals with the information they need to know while prioritizing the health and safety of members, staff, and speakers, NAFCU said.

“While our nation continues to grapple with travel restrictions amid the coronavirus pandemic, NAFCU has redesigned our in-person BSA and Regulatory Compliance Schools to virtual platforms,” said NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger. “NAFCU is committed to providing credit unions with forward-thinking, educational programs and trainings, and we welcome the industry’s best and brightest to join us virtually to hone their knowledge and skills.”

The Virtual BSA School is set for July 20-22. Attendees can view the full agenda here and register here.

The Virtual Regulatory Compliance School will occur over two weeks – from July 28-30 and Aug. 4-6 – to give “compliance professionals the ability to build their comprehensive understanding of regulations that impact daily operations while still performing job and home responsibilities,” NAFCU said.
