MINNEAPOLIS–MEMBERS Development Co. said it is making it easier to engage visitors with the launch of a new website. The CUSO, owned by 45 credit unions, corporates and key partners, has launched a streamlined site with new features, timely information and approachable language – all in a mobile-friendly format.
With enhanced navigation and a handy menu listing, MDC said it has simplified how viewers find the specific information they want, like recent press releases, the MDC Blog, and other company information. To learn about current initiatives and R&D plans, viewers can browse projects by alphabetical titles or by date, or enter key words in the search field.
To streamline the website’s look, as well as its functionality, the home page lists the three major roles of MDC’s mission: Research & Development, Owner Meetings, and Thought Leadership.
“While MDC’s key focus is working collaboratively with our owner credit unions on R&D and initiatives to attract and retain members, we also want to offer the credit union community and guests a rich experience with solid content and simple navigation,” said Sarah Lietz, MDC’s Director of Projects and Marketing. “The website’s new design aligns well with our communications goal to provide clear, usable and easy-to-read content, as well as thought-provoking and educational information.”
