GREENSBURG, Penn.--Loan Vision is reporting it has achieved significant milestones in serviceability since the beginning of the year.
According to the company, the Loan Vision team spearheaded plans to expand customer experience in the first two quarters, beginning with an investment in the advanced e-learning software ClickLearn, a key component of the firm’s Knowledge Base learning platform that went live in February. The firm said it also hosted two super user intensive training sessions and launched a webinar series in July, creating several new opportunities for users to enhance their experience with system functionality.
“When we announced that we would be offering in-depth Loan Vision training in our office, the spaces filled up almost immediately,” said Ben Saunders, Deployment Director at Loan Vision. “We’re committed to providing them opportunities like these since lenders are increasingly looking for opportunities to sharpen their skills, while also providing them the ability to leverage their spend on the solution.”
The team also announced plans to host its first annual user conference to be held September 18-20 in the team’s hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. Designed to accommodate a variety of user roles, the conference features guest speakers and town hall discussions lead by industry contributors, such as Teraverde Management Advisors, STRATMOR Group, and Richey May & Co. Loan Vision partners Concur and Alight will also present at the conference.
Bestborn most recently earned membership to the Microsoft Dynamics Inner circle, a prestigious group of Microsoft Partners honored for their superior commitment to customer satisfaction and technology development. The firm will leverage Microsoft’s technological resources for the duration of the 2017/2018 membership year.
