ELGIN, Ill.—Lending Solutions, Inc. (LSI) processed a record number of loan applications in July, eclipsing its previous high by more than 2.5%.
The company also exceeded its single-day processing record on Monday, July 27.
The record month comes on the heels of the company celebrating the three-year anniversary of the opening of its second contact center in Naperville, Ill.
LSI has been assisting credit unions with contact center support since 1994 and serves institutions of all sizes – with assets ranging from $15 million up to several billion.
