ELGIN, Ill.,– Lending Solutions Consulting (LSCI) said it will host its Collections Institute in Orlando, Oct. 4 - 6. The class is designed for collectors, collection managers, and other lending personnel, and will be taught by industry expert Karin Brown-Purtell. The Collections Institute trains employees how to maintain new compliance standards while obtaining results. It also focuses on building analytical skills to identify a member’s financial situation, and teaches a “resolutions-style” collections approach, the company said.
