IRICHARDSON, Texas–Institution Solutions and Prudential Group Insurance said they have enhanced the enrollment opportunities for credit union members. The two companies, which announced in December, 2016 that they have partnered to provide group insurance benefits to more than five-million credit union members across the country, said members can now get timely and relevant information about insurance options, enroll online and manage their coverage when it’s most convenient for them via an online platform.
According to the companies, credit unions using the online enrollment platform can:
- Quickly build and manage any number of personalized marketing and enrollment sites using a single platform
- Publish immediate updates to individual sites, or apply the same strategy across the group of clients
- Allow unlimited configurability and personalization to allow for a seamless member experience
- Analyze member profiles and behavior to serve up most relevant products and content
- Create communication funnels are guided by customer responses, delivering context specific content and rich media to reduce drop offs and increase conversion
The companies said Prudential is now offering Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance to credit unions through ISI and delivered by Alloy, which operates on the behalf of the credit union to deliver benefits to their members. The credit unions participating range in size from small organizations to those with more than 700,000 members, including two of the largest credit unions in the United States, the companies said.
