FOND DU LAC, Wis.–Info-Pro Lender Services, which provides real estate tax monitoring, escrow processing and flood determination services for financial institutions, has named Kris Pelot as the company’s president and chief operating officer.
Pelot will lead day-to-day activities across the company.
Pelot joined Info-Pro 18 years ago and most recently served as Info-Pro’s SVP of operations, where he established Info-Pro’s customer experience program as a center of excellence, according to the company. Chad Raube will remain as Info-Pro’s CEO and will continue to work with Pelot to develop and execute Info-Pro’s strategy and to serve their customers, the company added.
