IMM Customers Adding Workflow Technology

LINDEN, N.J.--IMM, a provider of integrated eSignature, workflow and document solutions, said its customers are increasingly adding its automated workflow technology to their IMM eSignature platform for faster processing, lower costs, stronger compliance and better service.

The company said the most recent to do so have been Centris Federal Credit Union, Education First Federal Credit Union and 1st United Services Credit Union, each of which have each been running IMM’s flagship eSignature and document presentment platform, TotaleAtlas, alongside the cloud-based remote eSignature service, Document Exchange, among other IMM services.

“They have now all selected IMM’s workflow to help control and enforce critical eSignature processes,” the company said. “TotaleAtlas Workflow enables these institutions to create an unlimited number of specialized workflows, built around a variety of business parameters that keep tasks occurring in line with predetermined policies.”
IMM reported that five other financial institutions have signed on for IMM’s workflow technology in recent days, with several others onboarding in past months.
