MT. PROSPECT, Ill.–Cummins Allison said that Healthcare Financial Federal Credit Union in New Haven, Conn. has added a Cummins Allison ATM to an offsite healthcare professional building at 1 Long Wharf Drive.
“Our goal was to expand our presence and make our services as convenient as possible for our members,” said Josephine Savino, CEO, Healthcare Financial Federal Credit Union. “Our main objective was to place an ATM in the facility that aesthetically complemented the contemporary décor of the lobby, was cost-effective and reliable.”
Healthcare Financial Federal Credit Union selected the H22N lobby cash dispenser ATM.
Cummins Allison’s dedicated ATM installation team coordinated the rigging and branding. They worked with Savino to develop custom screen graphics, and interfaced with the bank’s ATM processor to ensure that the needs of Healthcare Financial Federal Credit Union were met quickly and efficiently.
Cummins Allison provided Healthcare Financial Federal Credit Union with a variety of branding options and ultimately Healthcare Financial selected a surround that was designed to reflect the professional image of the facility it was placed in. “We received a very reliable product that looks beautiful in its custom kiosk,” said Savino.
