ROCKFORD, Ill.–Generations Credit Union here has selected CU*Answers as its new data processor. Generations will convert to the CU*BASE® system from the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based CUSO on Nov. 1.
“Over a two-year period, Generations Credit Union engaged in a full core vendor search project,” said Karen Jurasek, CEO of Generations Credit Union. “We definitely needed to explore all of our options and weigh the benefits for our members. CU*Answers is our solution.”
Jurasek said the core solution from CU*Answers promotes a member and employee friendly sales culture within the credit union as well as “at a glance dashboards” that detail progress towards our goals.
