BROOKFIELD, Wis.—Fiserv has been named one of "America's Best Employers" for 2015 by Forbes magazine. Companies are selected for the list based on the likelihood of employees recommending their company or others in their industry to a potential employee. This acknowledgement follows the company's recent ranking by Fortune magazine as a World's Most Admired Company for the second consecutive year.

Separately, Fiserv said that Pasadena, Calif.-based E-Central Credit Union has selected the XP2 core processing platform in an outsourced deployment. The credit union will also implement several integrated digital solutions, including Corillian Online for online banking, Mobiliti for mobile banking, CheckFree RXP for electronic bill payments, Mobile Source Capture for mobile check deposit, and Wisdom for comprehensive accounting functionality.
