Fiserv Adds Fiserv Solutions

GENEVA, N.Y.—Finger Lakes FCU here is reporting significant improvements in its digital banking and payment capabilities, including functionality for online and mobile banking and bill pay, after converting to the Corillian Online and Mobiliti solutions from Fiserv, along with CheckFree RXP for bill payment. The $100-million FLFCU was already using Fiserv’s Spectrum account-processing platform when it added the solutions. Among the results: increased number of active mobile banking users by 50%; reduced the number of service calls regarding bill pay issues; increased the number of active bill pay users by 46%, increased number of active online banking users by 29%, and achieved sharp increase in e-statement adoption.
