First Light FCU Selects SWBC’s Call Center Services

SAN ANTONIO–SWBC has announced that its financial institution group has partnered with El Paso, Texas-based FirstLight FCU to integrate SWBC’s Call Center Services into FirstLight’s pre-existing client platform, allowing SWBC to handle various member communication services on behalf of the credit union.

These services are uniquely designed to provide cost savings for credit unions, as well as significantly reduce both member’s credit decision time and closing time, the company said.

“SWBC’s interaction with our members maintains our financial institution’s high service level expectations,” said Bill Kishton, vice president of consumer lending at FirstLight. “The SWBC team is very easy to work with and makes adjustments to enhance the member experience.”
