BATON ROUGE—Essential FCU is partnering with Elan Financial Services to provide its members with the company’s suite of credit card products and services.
According to Elan, the partnership will allow EFCU to offer its members a full suite of competitive credit cards with rewards, multiple account opening options and onboarding and security features that make it easy to apply for and safely use their cards anywhere.
“In addition, Elan provides exemplary cardmember service, scoring an average 95% cardmember satisfaction rating on customer service surveys in the past five years,” the company said.

Numerous Initiatives
The multi-year agreement, Elan said, allows EFCU to leverage Elan’s suite of marketing initiatives, including direct mail and targeted digital acquisition campaigns, driving new account growth and engagement from cardmembers.
