ERIE, Penn. — Erie Federal Credit Union has selected PSCU/Co-op Solutions to provide it with debit and credit card processing services and support.
The $779-million Erie FCU has more than 76,000 members.
“The strategic choice to work with PSCU was rooted in Erie FCU's efficiency-forward goal of streamlining both debit and credit card processing on a single vendor’s unified platform,” the CUSO said. “Following a rigorous vetting process in 2022, the credit union found its ideal partner in PSCU, citing its size, future growth plans and trusted track record of service to other credit unions.”
Erie FCU said the choice will also hep it provide exceptional cardholder experiences.
"Taking on the challenge of two conversions in one year, PSCU's team made the process as seamless and member-centric as possible, with quick responses to avoid disruptions,” said Erie FCU Chief Marketing Officer Tom Brennan. “This partnership led to our credit union gaining operational efficiencies and offering our members industry-leading card products and services, including the latest security features and contactless payments.”
